At Polynur Design, we aim to deliver premium quality products and custom productions. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer protection requirements in the State of Kuwait.
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date shown on the invoice, provided the item is eligible and meets the conditions below.
2. Conditions for Returns
Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging, along with the original invoice or proof of purchase. Products showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return.
3. Custom-Made & Bulk Production Orders
Custom and bulk products are made specifically according to client-approved designs and specifications.
Before production begins, cancellations may be requested, and any completed design or preparation costs may be deducted if applicable.
After production begins, custom and bulk orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of defects or damage upon delivery.
4. Ready-Made Products
Retail products such as paints, resins, and creative supplies may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless defective.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos and your invoice details.
Approved cases may be resolved through replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible or via an agreed alternative method. Processing time may vary depending on payment providers.
