2. Custom & Bulk Orders

Custom products are created based on client-approved designs, specifications, and quantities.
Once a custom order is approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Any design previews, mockups, or prototypes must be approved by the client before production.

3. Retail Products

Ready-made products are sold as listed on the website.
Product images are for reference purposes and may slightly vary due to lighting or packaging updates.
Consumable items such as paints and resins must be used according to manufacturer guidelines.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise.
Full or partial payment may be required before production begins for custom orders.
Orders will not proceed until payment terms are confirmed.
Polynur Design reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Production Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided as guidelines only.
Actual delivery may vary depending on order complexity, quantity, material availability, and production workload.
Delays caused by external factors such as shipping providers or force majeure are not the responsibility of Polynur Design.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on courier services and destination.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including designs, images, branding, text, and product concepts remain the intellectual property of Polynur Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom designs created by Polynur Design may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.

8. Quality & Handmade Nature

Many of our products involve handmade finishing, custom painting, and production craftsmanship.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

Polynur Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, misuse of products, or delays beyond our control.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
